The office was established in 1983 in Kyparissia by George Gotsis. In 2021, after a series of internal fermentations, the office was renamed GOTSIS ARCHITECTS + ENGINEERS, consisting of a team of engineers specializing in the design and construction of buildings. The hybrid composition of our team, both by young and experienced engineers, harmoniously combines creativity with experience, creating buildings with unique architecture and high quality.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Pavia (Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Pavia) in 1982. During his studies he dealt with the study and design of bridges. Returning from Italy, he started his professional career by establishing his own office. He is responsible for a large variety of aspects involved in a project (research \u2013 study \u2013 supervision \u2013 construction \u2013 administration).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Gotsis Konstantinos - Paraskevas<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He is a graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering of the Cyprus University of Technology (2014), where he studied with a full scholarship. He also holds a master\u2019s degree on the field of \u201cCivil Engineering and Sustainable Design\u201d from the same Department (2016), as well as a master\u2019s degree in the field \u201cSeismic Design of Structures\u201d from the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Patras (2018). During his studies he worked as a teaching assistant in the undergraduate courses of \u201cSoil Engineering\u201d and \u201cFoundations Engineering\u201d, as well as in the postgraduate course of \u201cStrengthening & Seismic Retrofitting of Structures with Composites\u201d. His interests include, among others, the analysis of structures as well as the application of systems for the simultaneous energy and seismic upgrade of existing structures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

She is a graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture Design of the private institute AKMI (1994). She started her career in 1996 and since then she has been an integral member. She has extensive experience in the field of building permits as well as in the field of building legality issues.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tShe is a graduate of the Department of Architecture of the University of Patras (2015) and holds a master\u2019s degree in the field \u201cSeismic Design of Structures\u201d from the Department of Civil Engineering of the same University (2018). She has professional experience in the design of new buildings as well as in renovations of existing ones.
